INCLINE PRESS WITH PRONATION
A pronated hand position is when your palm is facing downward. Incline press works more on the upper pecs.
DIP BAR STRAIGHT LEG RAISES
This exercise primarily targets the abs and also works the hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back, shoulders and triceps.
Weighted dips add muscle mass to the upper body. Tom follows 12 reps for this one.
After an intense workout he spends around 30 minutes on the treatment table for rest and recovery.
Tom's meal plan includes two fists size protein, two fists of carbs and two fists size veggies.
He bulks up by focussing on muscles not fats. Eating lean proteins and healthy carbs helps in achieving the goal.
