How to prepare avocado and Banana hair pack

Take one medium size ripe avocado and one small ripe banana in a bowl and then gently with the help of a spoon mash them nicely and mix them properly with each other. Once you have mixed both avocado and banana together take one teaspoon of olive oil and mix it properly with this avocado and banana paste.

After mixing it properly take small amounts of this paste and gently massage it on your scalp and throughout the length of your hair in a circular motion and let it sit on your hairs for at least 30 to 40 minutes. You can meditate during this time and after 30 to 40 minutes gently with the help of lukewarm water wash it off or if you feel like use a natural shampoo which is mild in nature and wash the mixture off your hairs slowly and gently.

Amla(indian gooseberry) shikakai(soap pod) and coconut oil pack to make your hair thick and strong

One more amazing hair pack for hair growth and thickening of hairs is Amla shikakai and coconut oil pack this pack is very easy to make and is very effective in treating hair fall and hair strengthening and this hair pack will help you prevent hair fall and getting thick hairs.

How to prepare Amla shikakai and coconut oil pack?

In a pan preferably iron pan take one table spoon full of Amla powder and one tablespoon full of shikakai powder now add two tablespoon full of coconut oil and heat them on low flame for a few minutes. Once this mixture starts to boil a little close the flame and strain the mixture with the help of a strainer and transfer the oil mixture in a bowl and let it become luke warm.

Now once the mixture is lukewarm slowly with the help of your fingertips apply it on your scalp and massage gently in circular motions and all over your hair length and let it sit for around 1 hour or if possible let it sit

there the whole night and wash it off the next morning with cold water or lukewarm water with a mild shampoo.

Take one medium sized beetroot and boil it and then chop it nto pieces then take one small carrot boil it and chop it into pieces. Now take two small apples, peel them and chop into small pieces along with a small cucumber peeled and chopped into small pieces. Now take a small piece of ginger and cut into small pieces mix all these ingredients into a Blender jar and blend it till you get a thick red juice.
