What is vata dosha ?
If your body is giving signs from 1-7 then that means that there is an imbalance of VAAT dosh in your body. This means that your body is dry and cold from within. One simple thing that you can do is to massage your whole body with sesame seed oil. It is very beneficial and will show quick results.

What is alternate hydrotherapy?
Alternate hydrotherapy is a very effective method to get immediate relief from pain. You have to take two buckets. Fill one bucket with hot water and fill the second bucket with ice-cold water. Now take two small towels for each bucket. Dip both towels in their respective buckets. Then pick up the hot water towel and place it over the area which has pain. Keep it for some time, then remove the hot towel and place the cold towel over it. This completes one set. Repeat this set three times.

This happens when you eat very spicy foods, or if you wake up very late in the morning. This also happens if you sit in front of pcs and laptops for long hours. To balance your pitta levels you have to limit the intake of foods that have the tendency towards heat. At the same time increase the intake of food which has a cooling effect on your body. Practice tandulodaka to get over these issues.
If your body is showing signs from 32 to 37 then that also shows that your body is having pitta dosha or pitta imbalance. But the main reason for this is the excess formation of acid in the gut. There is an excellent solution for these problems. You have to do Kunjal kriya to treat these problems.
What is Kunjal Kriya? | When should we do Kunjal Kriya?
Kunjal kriya if practiced correctly and as described here will solve issues (32 to 37). Sit down on the floor like you are squatting. Now take little warm salty water and drink as much you can in one go. Now stand up and press your throat a little. This will make you vomit. If not then put two fingers down your throat and press the back of your tongue. Try to press as far as possible. When you will press the tongue you will feel the urge to vomit. This is called the ‘gag reflex’ in medical terms. Water will come out of your mouth in a quick series of gushes. Continue the process until your stomach is empty.
You will feel very light after you have done the above steps correctly. After doing this lie down for some time. Kunjal kriya should be done early morning without eating anything. Do not eat anything for an hour after doing this kriya. You may feel a bit awkward when doing this, but once you realize how beneficial this process is you won’t leave this. Also, don’t take pills for acidity as they disturb the ph level of your stomach. Do this once a week and it should be sufficient.
How to balance pitta dosh? | What is Tandulodaka?
Tandulodaka is an excellent way to balance your pitta dosh. It is done by drinking water in which rice is soaked. It is very effective in reducing the body’s heat. Take any variety of rice (10gm) and keep it in a mud pot. Now pour 60 to 70 ml water in it, and keep it aside for 4 to 6 hours. After 6 hours filter it and drink. Make sure you don’t keep it in the fridge or mix ice while drinking it. Do this and the above problems will be gone for real.
What are the symptoms of weak nervous system?
Points 38 to 47 are signs of a weak nervous system. This happens when there is dryness in brain nerves. This may happen when you drink too much tea, coffee or if you eat too many dry fruits. This can also happen if you spend long hours watching tv. Don’t worry if you are facing these problems. Ayurveda has a solution for this also. There is a saying in Ayurveda that goes like this ” NASA HI SHIRSO DWARAM”. This means that your nose is the doorway of your brain.
Put two drops of cow ghee in each nostril before sleeping. If you don’t have cow ghee you can use almond oil. Repeat this daily for 3 months. This will also relieve you from snoring. Use the same oil or ghee to massage your forehead and temple especially near your ears. Take one spoonful of Brahmarasayana before breakfast. Brahmarasatana is mentioned in Charak Sanhita and it comprises 50 powerful herbs. It is a very powerful brain tonic and has no side effects.
What is Kapha Dosha?



Points 48 to 53 are the signs that your body is suffering from Kapha imbalance or Kapha Dosha. This happens when your body is cold and oily from within. This can happen if you eat excessive sugary items, or eat cold foods at night. The first change you need to make is to change your diet. Stop eating oily food and food that make your body cold from within. Eat dry and hot food. Include chickpea flour in your diet. Take steam regularly, I will attach a piece of good steam equipment for your daily use. Or, you can simply boil some water in a pan, now cover your face with a towel and take steam slowly.
