High pranic food includes fresh fruits and dry fruits fresh vegetables locally which are locally grown legumes seeds and dairy products derived from cows. Also, include whole grains in your meals this increases the plants in your body and you will feel energetic immediately instead of eating fast food and sugar items include these high-energy foods in your daily diet. You should exclude low pranic foods such as processed foods packaged foods Frozen food stale food and foods which stimulate your body like coffee and tea these foods decreases the energy level of a body and make us lazy.
